Home, James! is a blog describing Seamus Law’s and Innocence Matters’ efforts to bring the innocent home. Here, we not only celebrate our clients’ victories—exonerations, certificates of innocence, and overdue compensation—we also share stories of the twists and turns in the journey. Over time, we hope the reader gains an appreciation for why it is so important that our criminal justice system gets it right in the first instance, and correct the errors that are made without unnecessary delay.
